One of the best classes I took in 2009 was a pole dancing class, offered through Express MIE in Tempe. Not only did I learn how to dance on a pole like a stripper (something I would never do for cash, since I happen to actually love and respect my father) (not to mention, my preoccupation and anxiety over my cellulite would keep me off the pole, thank you very much) but I also learned how to give a lap dance, and do a floor dance.
